Mr. Foss earned his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Since, he has worked as an environmental consultant for several environmental firms in the State of Connecticut.
Jonathan has been with GO Environmental since 2003 and in his capacity as Senior Environmental Analyst has conducted over 750 Phase I and Transaction Screen Site Assessments as well as a number of LEP Verifications of Property Transfer Sites. Mr. Foss has also acted as the Project Manager for numerous Phase II and Phase III Site Assessments, as well as Remedial and Site Closure Activities. He has a broad range of experience involving soil and groundwater collection, drilling, underground storage tank testing. LUST closures, asbestos sampling, airborne mold/air quality sampling, soil vapor surveys, low-flow groundwater sampling, and environmental research and records review.
With a degree in Environmental Earth Science, and over thirty years of experience in the environmental industry, Mr. Granata has supervised in excess of $10 million dollars in environmental projects annually. In such an oversight capacity, he has experienced virtually every type of environmental project from remediation of major oil terminals to on-call rapid response contracts.
A Hydrogeologist by training, Michael began his career investigating, designing and implementing remedial action plans for petroleum releases at retail gasoline stations and bulk storage terminals throughout the northeast before becoming involved in natural resource management and water rights adjudication, while working with The State of Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Survey, and the Water Resource Division, Department of Natural Resources.
Currently, Mr. Granata is serving in a principal capacity overseeing consultants and field personnel performing real estate risk assessments, Brownfields Redevelopment & Reclamation, remedial investigations and system operations and maintenance.

Christopher Pecca earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Haven in 2011, and later his Masters of Science in Environmental Science and the Geosciences, also at the University of New Haven, in 2012. He joined GO Environmental in 2011 through a company-sponsored internship while completing his last year of undergraduate studies. Since that time, he has worked jointly with colleagues to conduct various ASTM standardized environmental site assessments (ESAs). He has experience conducting Phase I, II, and III ESAs and subsurface investigations using ASTM Standardized Practices. His project responsibilities have included a variety of site evaluations and subsurface investigations. He has performed groundwater and soil sampling in accordance with Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CTDEEP) and United States EPA designated protocols.
Mr. Pecca has knowledge and understanding of Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (CTDEEP) policies and regulations, EPA's All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Rule, and ASTM Standard Practices for Environmental Site Assessments. Mr. Pecca has completed the 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training as per 29 CFR 1910.120.
